  • Co-Founder & Partner

    Prior to establishing Verso Craig had a long career in investment banking with Miles Advisory Partners, where he executed c.50 mid-market transactions across a 20-year career. Before Miles Craig held corporate development roles in the wealth management industry, raising capital and undertaking a roll-up of practices to create a national platform which was sold to AXA Investment Managers.

  • Co-Founder & Partner

    Prior to co-founding Verso, Nick built his career in private equity with Redwood North, where he executed and supported c.15 transactions across the lower mid-market. During this time, he sat on the boards of portfolio companies including Scully RSV, InterCare and PlayCo, partnering with management to drive growth, improve operations, and build sustainable teams.

    Nick has a proven ability to identify financial patterns, build systems, and apply best-practice business principles across industries. He is equally effective working with founders, advisors, and stakeholders, and is adept at adapting to different company dynamics and personalities.
